Our Process

At Trinity Structures, we follow a 3 step process to keep your project on schedule and on budget.

Turnkey solutions for your complete project

Vehicle charging/ fueling projects can be extremely complex. A successful installation requires sourcing suppliers (for EV chargers, solar panels, batteries, inverters, electrical components, and structures), hiring the team (including structural engineers, general contractors, and electrical engineers), and coordinating with utilities (including managing grid integration and security). We simplify the process so you can stay focused on what matters most; running your business.

Assess:

We start by determining site viability as it pertains to your primary business objectives.

During this process, we work to understand your customers (or employees) experience and modify project plans to best serve their needs.

We follow the operational assessment by seeking to understand the technical capabilities and objectives of the project, resulting in a road map that outlines materials, construction, and financial models.

At the completion of the first phase, you will have a structured scope and preliminary budget for the overall project.

Optimize:

We begin the optimization phase by reviewing all the required components to ensure they will function together correctly. Depending on the scope of the project this could include EV chargers, solar panels, batteries, and inverters — all integrated into our proprietary structural solution.

Then we review the output of the components. This includes structural and electrical engineering as well as technical and financial models.

It’s in this phase that the chaos of a traditional custom construction project is streamlined into a single solution.

Execute:

The final phase is all about delivery.

Here we combine the assessment and the project plan to bring your design to life.

Our prefabricated and modular solution moves the traditional construction process to our fabrication facility. This minimizes business interruption due to construction delays — our teams erect the structure(s) in days and coordinate the connection to the grid soon thereafter.
